Eligibility Criteria :-
  • Educational Qualification - MBBS Degree with One Year of Internship. MD/MS in respective discipline.
  • Age Limit - Maximum 33 years

  • Fill the form in proper manner & paste recent photograph.
  • Attach all necessary documents & pay the fees through bank DD.
  • Submit the application to official address.
